Activation and refunds

Each Mac gets an activation file that works offline and does not expire. Removing a Mac frees its place for another Mac, but does not switch off a file already saved on the removed Mac.

After a refund, no new activation files can be downloaded for that purchase, including for Macs already listed. Activation files downloaded before the refund keep working offline.

Request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy and purchase help.
